Order Policy – No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
As orders are processed promptly, please email info@barehorizon.co immediately if you need to make any changes. We’ll do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.
Returns
You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and free from stains or odours.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or we are otherwise at fault.
Please email info@barehorizon.co with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
Include a note in the parcel with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Refunds & Credit Notes
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Alternatively, a Credit Note can be issued upon request, serving as an official document to amend the original invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in resaleable condition.
Rejected returns can be sent back at the customer’s expense.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered returns.
